Adding and accessing your Total Maths Tutoring Email Address

Your tmt email address has been created by our website.

To access it visit https://my.bluehost.com/ and enter your login details on the webmail login side.

The mail client on here is not great, and a better way to access your tmt emails is to add outlook to your phone, and follow the instructions below:

  1. Install app “Microsoft outlook”
  2. Open the app and click to add account.
  3. Enter your tmt email address, which is yourname@totalmathstutoring.com
  4. Click add account
  5. Click “not exchange” on the next page, or change account provider.
  6. Select IMAP from the provider’s list (right at the bottom, may need to scroll).
  7. Toggle advanced settings on:

Use the following details:

Email Address:                     Your email address

Display name:                       Your full name

Description:                           TMT emails

 

IMAP Hostname:                  mail.totalmathstutoring.com

IMAP Username:                  Your email address

IMAP Password:                   Your password

 

SMTP Hostname:                 mail.totalmathstutoring.com

SMTP Username:                 Your email address

SMTP Password:                  Your password

 

  1. Click sign in

Teachworks booking system

To access the booking site, use the url totalmathstutoring.teachworks.com

Your username is your total maths tutoring email address.

Your password was created by yourself from an email you were sent welcoming you to the booking site.

If you have forgotten it, use the forgotten password link on the login page to reset it.

If you are struggling with anything on the site, the help pages are excellent

(green help logo in bottom right of screen).

Here are tutorials on the main things you will need to do:

Create a lesson

Completing a lesson (You should change the status to attended when you have finished a session)

Adding your availability

Should you need to cancel a session for a client, please do not delete it from the system. Use the “cancelled” status on the complete lesson page, or “missed” status if you still wish the customer to be charged
